STÖCKEL FD Series – Double Column Surface Grinding - GRANITE BASE
The Stockel FD Series provides unparalleled precision in the world of profile and surface grinding. All structural components are crafted from natural granite, resulting in exceptional damping properties, high temperature stability, and long-term accuracy. The granite base’s rigidity allows for high metal removal rates.
Customers can choose between a standard slideway system, linear guides, or fully hydrostatic guides. The longitudinal slide is powered by either a linear motor or a tooth belt, eliminating the need for hydraulics.
ZIERSCH Z 1015 – Z205 Double Column Surface Grinding - CASt IRON BASE
Choose from 9 different machine sizes, ranging from 60×80” to 80×200”. Larger machines are available upon request. Our machines feature automatic wheel balancing systems with visualization of wheel contact on parts and dressing tools, thanks to integrated acoustic sensor technology. Constant wheel surface speed is standard on all Ziersch machines.
